By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Upworki provides specialized technical fashion design solutions, including but not limited to:
Production-Ready Fashion Tech Packs
Digital Sewing Patterns
Pattern Grading and Size Development
3D Garment Visualization and Rendering
Digital Apparel Prototyping
All services are delivered digitally based on the information, sketches, measurements, and specifications provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date project information, including:
Measurements
Technical specifications
Fabric details
Design references
Flat sketches
Clients must carefully review all delivered files before manufacturing or production begins.
Upworki shall not be responsible for production errors, material loss, factory mistakes, or manufacturing issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or failure to review deliverables before production.
All sketches, concepts, logos, branding materials, and other content provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client.
Upon full payment, ownership and commercial usage rights of the final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed, Upworki reserves the right to display non-confidential project samples, technical illustrations, and 3D renderings for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the project proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Revisions apply only to modifications within the original project scope.
Significant design changes, additional styles, or major scope changes may require a separate quotation and additional charges.
Work will begin only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to any applicable administrative fees.
Upworki provides professional technical design services and digital assets based on industry standards.
We do not control:
Manufacturing facilities
Factory equipment
Production processes
Material quality
Labor performance
Accordingly, Upworki shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from manufacturing, production, or commercial use of our deliverables.
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project files.
Project-related materials will not be shared with unauthorized third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.
Upworki reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Upworki operates.
